I specified and implemented a novel DAG based consensus algorithm for mobile ad-hoc networks in 2007 for my PhD from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.

I am currently focussed on using distributed systems and advances in cryptography to resist the mining centralisation pressures in Bitcoin.
